I’m Paul Cooper — a sports advertising photographer based in Manchester working across the UK and internationally.

I shoot commercial and editorial campaigns for global brands, teams and agencies — work that needs to deliver under pressure, on location, and at scale.

Most of my work is built around strong, controlled portraiture — keeping the focus on the athlete and the detail that makes them different.

I’ve delivered campaigns for brands including Nike, Pepsi, Hublot and New Balance, and worked with clubs such as Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool FC. Along the way, I’ve photographed some of the most recognisable names in sport — including Usain Bolt, Erling Haaland, Mo Salah and Anthony Joshua.

Each project is built properly from the ground up. From initial concept through to full production, I can handle every stage — stills and motion — with a consistent visual language and a clear campaign focus.

Whether shooting on-location at international stadiums or within a controlled studio environment, my technical expertise in lighting and composition ensures every frame meets the demands of modern OOH, digital, and print advertising.
